How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also enter your order ID and registered phone number/email on the “Track Your Order” page.

Tracking details are usually shared within 24–48 hours after your order is dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch. If there’s no update after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

This means your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.

Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery address.

Your order is with the delivery partner and should reach you the same day.

Sometimes tracking links take a few hours to activate. If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, please reach out to customer support.

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Occasional delays can happen due to weather, high demand, or courier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us.
